The workshop explores how to unlock a scene, the role a given scene plays in the overall project of a play, how to allow actors find their way (and what they need), how to deal with limitations (within budgets, of a cast, in practical/production terms), how a director needs to get out of their own way, and the importance play and risk in the rehearsal room. An active, fun workshop which operates in a supportive, generous, and encouraging environment.
