The Association of Drama Adjudicators (ADA) is a professional organisation founded in 1989 with the primary aim of bringing a structured approach to the adjudication of drama festivals of all kinds. Our members are theatre practitioners who bring a widespread knowledge of direction, production, acting, lighting and design which informs our adjudications. We strive to encourage groups in their pursuit of excellence, through informed feedback and discussion as well as awarding trophies!

Our new website provides profiles for all our members, detailing their experience as theatre practitioners and contact information, allowing you to deal directly with an adjudicator of your choice. Our News Page will be updated on a regular basis and here you will find information on our members’ work in theatre. The News Page will also provide details of seminars, continuing professional practice and Festival engagements. Please do check back for our regular updates.

As President of the Association I wish all our members, festival committees and competing groups a pleasant, successful and enjoyable time in the forthcoming year's activities.
